Privacy
Unless bound by an agreed confidentiality agreement Falvon Engineering will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that private client data is treated with the same care that Falvon applies to its own commercial information. Falvon Engineering will not disclose sensitive private information provided by clients to third parties except in the following circumstances:
- Information sought by Australian government agencies as permitted by legislation, regulations or enforceable court order.
- Disclosure necessary to complete transactions with third parties such as financial service providers.
- Falvon may provide aggregated data, such as demographic data. Falvon will in such cases ensure that all identifying information that could disclose private client information is removed.
Intellectual Property
Unless specified otherwise, any identified Intellectual Property that is owned or copyright to third parties is for reference purposes only. Any reference by Falvon acknowledges ownership of such Intellectual Property by those third parties.
All material has been sourced in-house by Falvon. Falvon has not knowingly used any copyright material in rendering this website.
Acknowledgements
This site has been created where possible in accordance with W3C Strict XHTML standards. My journey to create this site was guided by an excellent book Visual Quickstart Guide: HTML, XHTML and CSS by Elizabeth Castro. A simple to use but advanced text editor Notepad++ was used in creating the text files. I commend both to any would be site designer. Using these I learnt more about creating websites than any sophisticated software ever could. I would recommend submitting your CSS and pages to the Validators at W3C as it finds typographical as well as syntax errors.
