Service Provision
Falvon provides services via the following modes:
Online
Falvon's primary focus is to provide its services online. Currently this is based on email. We will be adding VOIP services in the near future. We will consider secure online workspaces subject to an identified requirement.
On-site
Some services are difficult to provide online. Where appropriate services will be provided at a site nominated by the client.
Off-site
Falvon will where appropriate provide services off-site. This will generally apply to Technical Authoring.
