Preparation of Compliance Documentation
Documentation that comprise compliance responses, all feature similar objectives however each response is often unique in its organisation. You may be responding to conditions in a formal Request for Tender or providing documentary evidence that an approved project has complied with conditions of approval for that project. Each will specify specific information or evidence that what you offer or work undertaken complies with specified conditions. They may also specify a format that your response must adhere to.
Our first task would be to quickly create a list of all requirements for you and use that list to prioritise your tasks. Some tasks will require significant effort and some may be interdependent. This task list will be used to create your project schedule. The list will identify additional documentation that you may need to comply with. You will also be able to identify where you need to engage additional expertise and others that requires more rigorous investigation by you. You need to understand what is required in your final documentation to comply.
Once the tasks have been separated you can then begin to organise and progressively engage your external specialists. Remember this is your project and you need to put your ownership on it. We can assist preparing scopes of work for third parties and obtaining quotes.
